Drifters Chef, Danny Clark Founder and Alabama native, Danny learned to cook from his Great Grandmother, Grandfather and Mother and many of these deep rooted cajun recipes can be found in the dishes at Drifters. The fundamentals of his approach to preparing food and cooking have always been closely tied to his experience as a trained sushi chef. He is committed to placing the most attention on the freshest, highest quality ingredients available. |
